In partnership with Abri, Doswell is delivering 42 affordable homes in Hungerford.
- Homes: 42 apartments

- Sustainability: Air source heat pumps, centralised mechanical ventilation, high-performance building fabric
- Location: Short walk from Hungerford Train Station
Due to its proximity to the railway, the scheme will be delivered in close coordination with Network Rail to ensure safe and efficient construction.
In partnership with Abri, Doswell is delivering 42 affordable homes at Latimer Road, Wokingham.
- Homes: 38 apartments, 4 maisonettes
- Features: High-quality finishes, cycle storage, landscaped communal areas
- Sustainability: Air source heat pumps, mechanical ventilation with heat recovery, high-performance building fabric
- Location: Short walk from Wokingham Train Station
Due to its proximity to the railway, the scheme will be delivered in close coordination with Network Rail to ensure safe and efficient construction.
In partnership with Vivid, Doswell is delivering 44 new homes at Echo Walk, Emsworth.

- Design: Contemporary two- and three-storey block

- Scope: Site preparation, utilities, landscaping, and external works
This project is part of Eastleigh Borough Council’s wider commitment to delivering challenging urban sites for much-needed housing, and we look forward to bringing this development to life.
In partnership with Eastleigh Borough Council, Doswell is delivering 4 affordable maisonettes at Nightingale Avenue, Eastleigh.
- Sustainability: Ultra low-energy fabric, air source heat pumps, EV charging points
- Works: Demolition, asbestos removal, highway improvements, utilities reinforcement, off-site foul sewer installation
This scheme reflects the Council’s commitment to sustainable, energy-efficient homes that meet local demand. We're delighted to have been appointed as the Design & Build contractor.
Doswell have been appointed by Eastleigh Borough Council under a Pre- Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) for the redevelopment of Station Lane in Chandlers Ford.

This brownfield site presents an exciting opportunity to help deliver much-needed new homes while supporting the Council's long-term housing ambitions.
